Select a wine glass or goblet and fill with ice

• Pour over ½ can (125ml) Vera Sauvignon Blanc

• Top with Soda

Garnish with fresh grapes, sliced in half

• 1 oz / 30ml Quality London Dry Gin

• 125ml Vera Sauvignon Blanc

• 75ml Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic

Method

Select a highball glass or goblet

Fill with ice

Pour over your three ingredients and stir with a cocktail spoon

Garnish with a dried lime wheel or fresh lime cheek

• 1 oz / 30ml Quality Vodka

• ½ oz / 15ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur

• Squeeze fresh lime

• 75ml Vera Sauvignon Blanc

• Top with Champagne or quality prosecco

Method

Select a champagne glass, or for a hot weather option fill a wine glass with ice

Add 1 oz Vodka, ½ oz St Germain and a squeeze of ice to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and hard shake for no more than 15 seconds

Double strain into your preferred glass

Add 75ml (1/3 of a can) Vera Sauvignon Blanc

Top with champagne or quality sparkling wine (approx. 50ml)
